Welcome Back WUHSD Students!  We are excited to see you and to provide you with a free breakfast, lunch and supper as you exit your school at the end of the day. 

Below is the information on the new curbside meal distribution which is available to anyone 18 years of age and younger.  We will be distributing a 5-day meal kit which will include five breakfast, five lunch and five suppers.  Our fruits and vegetables will be bulk and here are some examples of what may be in the meal kit; a pint of strawberries, a 5 pound bag of oranges and apples, a whole cucumber, just to mention a few. The curbside will be every Monday beginning April 12, 2021.  

Reminder:  Children must be present, or show a Student ID Card or a current Student school schedule or Birth Certificate to pick up the meals.  The yellow dashboard form is always accepted.

Good nutrition and learning go hand in hand.

The Food and Nutrition Services Department is made up of a team of food and nutrition professionals that are dedicated to students' health, well being and their ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices.

Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.

The Mission of the Food and Nutrition Services Department is to provide friendly, quality Food Service Programs for all students and staff by preparing tasty food that is reasonably priced, safe and healthy to eat, visually appealing, and on time.  

Breakfast meals are served before school and at nutrition and can be purchased for $2.00

Lunch meals can be purchased for $3.00
